It was a nice place, with an interesting menu. However, the service was slow and the food poor. I ordered a medium rare sirloin steak priced at £14.99 as did my son, and we received a very thin tough piece of over cooked meat. The steak was accompanied by some extremely greasy onion rings with a side order of very small diced fried potatoes with a garlic coating. When the waitress enquired if we were happy and was told that the steak was very poor she told us she would let the chef know. She returned a few minutes later and asked if we had steak knives and that was the total feedback for our complaint. Once again whilst paying our bill we where asked if everything was alright, and we repeated our complaint to be told "oh yes you told us earlier". As this was a family birthday celebration and my family find confrontation of any sort difficult to deal with I paid the bill and left. In short extremely poor quality steak sliced so thinly (6-7mm)that was more a slice of meat than a steak that was over cooked and a staff team that simply didn't want to deal with any problems.
