Four of us had a superb hearty homemade meal there a couple of weeks back. The vegetarian soup was a meal in itself, but I still made a heroic assault on the posh pie, phesant and apricot. They had lots of vegetables and chips along with a proper homemade pub feel. We had a very warm welcome and they are lovely people. It is highly recommended and of extremely good value too.
