This is a brilliant restaurant, possibly the best for miles around and it’s expensive, but worth every penny. They serve modern European cuisine with some little extra amuse-bouches. For starters, the assiette de foie gras was delicious, as was my partner's red mullet with a bouillabaisse sauce. For mains, the open seafood lasagne sounds ordinary but it was a sensation and so was my partner's roasted halibut. Desserts are delicious and beautifully presented. Service is friendly and professional. The ambience is also very pleasing. We can't afford to eat there frequently, but for a special occasion and it cannot be faulted. The superb lunch menu is simple and less expensive.
