Bluewater Grill is a classic fish house with an aim to provide guests with high quality seafood at a reasonable price with locations by the dockside in Newport Beach and Redondo Beach and at the heart of Orange County in Tustin. The dining area replete with mahogany and teak, cozy sofas and booths and old photographs together with friendly service make this place a celebration of seasonal produce.

Seasonal specials are featured monthly like July's New England style clambake of a delectable Maine lobster comes alongside corn on the cob, red potatoes, steamed clams and coleslaw, while the fresh Alaskan halibut arrives drenched with lemon thyme beurre blanc. Appetizers show up in the form of neatly arranged slices of seared tuna sashimi, golden crusted crab cakes or the baked Dungeness crab with an artichoke dip.

There's rib eye steak, Rocky free range Rosemary chicken breast and Australian rack of lamb for meat eaters. Larger groups could choose the party platter of sushi and ahi sampler, jumbo shrimp or smoked albacore.
