Bombay Brasserie, The Description
The main dining area is decorated in classical Indian restaurant style but its the chic conservatory area thats really the place to be. The menu is divided into set meals, vegetarian dishes and house or Goan specialities offering plenty of choice. The house thali isn't cheap at £20.50 but is made up of the chef's favourites dishes and as such is a real culinary treat. Other dishes of particular note include fish malabar, a Keralan fish dish of sea bass in a coconut milk, or the narangi batakh, which translates as duck breast in an orange flavoured korma sauce.

Ed (12 April 2008)
I always visit this restaurant when I’m in London. The staff are on a roll and the food has been consistently good for over five years. I love this place.
James Smith (14 August 2006)
The decor is fantastic, classic colonial India. Plenty of waiters for your service dressed very smartly. The food is some of the best Indian food I have ever had and I’m very picky with my Indian food because I love it so much. Very fresh and vibrant in taste. Be careful however not to fill up on the poppadoms as I did because the sauces to go with them are excellent!
