To start the day, there's choice of a full English breakfast or a vegetarian one. The lunch and dinner experience at Borough's is underlined with small sharing plates; nachos, mezze and sausages, boards and speciality sandwiches with fillings of crayfish and avocado as well as chargrilled blackened chicken breast. Guests can also look forward to warm spicy beef salad and roast peanut sauce, steamed garlic mussels in white wine, pan fried chicken and chorizo tagliatelle, and Cumberland sausages with spring onion chump mash. A seasonally changing wine list complements the food admirably. Alternatively, guests can choose from a range of premium spirits, cocktails, beers and soft drinks.Bar
