Brasserie Roux Description

The Sofitel Hotel is linked to Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport and if guests wish to relax, socialise and take advantage of some of the best regional French dishes Brasserie Roux could be a lovely place. Albert Roux ensures customers who visit his brasserie take back with them fond memories of good times, tasty food and wine.

Sit down, lighten up and appreciate the stunning atrium; interior designed by Khuan Chew of KCA International who also did Dubai's famous Burj al Arab Hotel; and water features by award-winning sculptor David Harber. The venue can accommodate a hundred people in an informal and bustling environment.

The menu features dishes that start with breakfast and end with dinner, from a simple yet delicious white bean soup with chorizo, and lobster bisque, to Châteaubriand, and duck foie gras with honey roasted figs.

There is a boardroom for exclusive use and private dining facilities that include a Chef's Table for those who feel like dining with a view of the kitchen.
