Chef Laurence Glayzer delivers classics such as escargots à la Bourguinonne, roasted bone marrow, coquilles St Jacques, pan fried lemon sole with nut brown parsley butter, tartare de boeuf and suprème de poulet poché aux jeunes legumes. The grill promises darne de saumon, rump steak, Chateaubriand and Côte d'Agneau. Guests can opt for the prix fixe menu at lunchtime or try the à la carte menu which is available for both lunch and dinner. An excellent wine list with examples from Alsace, La Loire and Les Côtes du Rhone has something for everyone.
