Brasserie St Quentin

This old favourite was originally founded in 1980 by the late Quentin Crewe, the famous food critic, and Hugh O'Neill, now The Lord Rathcavan, but it was sold by them to the Savoy Hotel in 1989, however, it has been given a new lease of life, as it has been bought from the last owners - The Chez Gerard Group - by none other than Hugh O'Neill (and friends) in March 2002, and it is once again buzzing with the sound of happy conversation.

This long-standing 'very French' neighbourhood restaurant, Brasserie St Quentin, fills the gap in the London dining scene for intimacy, charm and genuine French ambience. Delicious, well-presented food, made from the freshest ingredients at sensible prices, is one of the keys to the restaurant's popularity and loyal following. The Marquess of Salisbury is one of the distinguished shareholders, whose estates in Dorset supply St Quentin with traditional breed pork products, roe deer and other game. The Marquess of Hamilton is another active shareholder, providing wild salmon and sea trout in the season.

Their Table d'Hote lunch and early supper served from 12 noon to 7 pm, this offers outstanding value at £16 for two courses and £18 for three courses.
