Monika Linton, who founded Brindisa in 1988, realized a long awaited dream of working with the creative flair of Jose Pizarro and the growing team of chefs by creating Casa Brindisa. It is a place with many spaces, hence its name. There is a bar area, informal tapas area, ham carving counter and a room with seating, that gives you full view of the open kitchen bar and enabling Casa to evoke an interest in food and the making of food, be it at home or on the land. Expect to find joselito chorizo iberico, teruel ham, loin and salchichon with bread and olive oil, and Galician style octopus among the delectable tapas options.
