The Bruce Arms is run by husband and wife team Russell and Rosie Caines, who between them have a keen eye for quality food and first class customer service. Russell has no shortage of experience and flair; this can be seen in his ever-changing menu, which draws influence from both traditional British cuisine as well as the occasional international dish.

The forty five cover restaurant is set over two traditionally furnished areas: the first, a relaxed area which encompasses a real fire, and the second, a more formal dining room which is ideal for private dining and functions, as well as being an integral part of the restaurant.
