With a small chain of restaurants across North-Eastern America, Burtons Grill has established itself as a contemporary restaurant that serves wholesome and traditional American cuisine in spacious, comfortable surroundings. Started by three experienced restaurateurs with the aim of creating a restaurant that attracted patrons with varied tastes and discerning palates, Burtons Grill caters to such guests with menu showcases fresh food that changes seasonally and which is made from quality local ingredients.

Combining both flavour and presentation while being affordable, Culinary Director Denise Baron creates dishes that can be savoured by everyone and even adjusted to suit individual dietary requirements. The menu includes fare of fried calamari served with Burton?s own recipe tartar sauce, Caesar salad, and California chicken burger served with vegetables, remoulade sauce and coleslaw. New England seafood is well represented with main courses such as crab cakes with herbed rice and seasonal vegetables or the chef's special salmon picatta, a dish of pan seared salmon topped with caper lemon butter sauce and served over angel hair.

Desserts of vanilla bean cream brulee infused with bourbon vanilla beans and warmed chocolate torte with fresh whipped cream ensure that guests leave the place satisfied and content.
