Bustard Inn & Restaurant, The

The Bustard Inn is an 1860 stone built listed building with bar, restaurant, picture postcard beer garden, courtyard and large car park situated in the quiet village of South Rauceby. The premises were closed by the new owners for renovation and extension for six months and re-opened in April 2007. The refurbishment was managed sympathetically to enhance the original features of this beautiful property.

Their chef, who has trained with celebrity chefs in world class restaurants, creates interesting dishes, using mainly local produce, for their a la carte in the fine dining restaurant and bar menu in the pub.  Everything is cooked to order.

Beverages include local real ales and wines selected by a Master of Wine. Whilst every Tuesday evening features live music from 8.30pm to 11.30pm in the bar from the resident trio plus guest, the selection includes jazz, blues and songs from the American Songbook.
