The C & O Trattoria has always been something of a landmark for the residents of Marina Del Ray, either because of their food or their fantastic location on Venice Beach. Today, this place still maintains their excellence by providing patrons with delicious Italian meals at all times of the day. On their menu is their famed killer garlic roll which arrives when you do, and choices amongst the antipasti is the shrimp ravioli with lobster cream sauce, roma tomatoes and sweet basil. There's a huge variety of salads along with pastas, and the fettuccine prosciutto, with smoked ham, mushrooms, shallots and brandy sauce is excellent. Some of their specials include veal marsala, served atop spinach tagliatelle. The classic tiramisu helps you end the meal on a sweet note, and the drinks list includes beers, along with premium Italian and Californian wines.
