Cachumba Description

The very name, which means mish-mash, immediately poses the question of what cuisine really is pursued here, to which the honest answer is 'several'. Not that the student population which assembles here in large numbers probably gives a monkey's so long as they can eat cheaply and enjoyably and converse profusely. From Java to Sri Lanka it is here in all its rich and spicy profusion, with dishes such as lime leaf chicken and trout with green Thai herbs calling for skill and precision in the making. It's BYO. The takeaway service is fast and efficient.
