Fort Reno's Bonanza Casino is popular with gamers for obvious reasons but their Cactus Creek Southwestern Steakhouse is just as much of a favorite with locals and visitors for the USDA prime grade beef that it offers. All their beef is corn fed and aged a full 28 days to ensure that there's maximum flavor and tenderness and the hearty steaks are char grilled to your specification.

Try their signature prime ribs, seasoned with a medley of freshly ground spices and embedded with roasted cloves and roasted for 14 hours to seal in all the natural juices. There are other steaks such as porterhouse, New York, rib eye, flat iron and sirloin all served with melted Stilton cheese, demi glace and béarnaise sauce.

Typically the menu could begin with jumbo prawns seasoned with blood orange and wasabi followed by a chicken picatta, boneless meat sautéed in butter, lemon and caper berries. Wines are of course from Napa Valley and complement the meal perfectly.
