Cafe du Village is situated on Bellevue Road, providing idyllic views across Wandsworth Common. Formerly 'The Brasserie', the restaurant has been refurbished, swathed in creams and golds and is beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and booths. In addition to this, there is a lovely alfresco dining terrace, the perfect setting to enjoy a leisurely meal on a fine summers' day.

Exhibiting a strong preference to fresh, seasonal and local ingredients, the kitchen has devised a seasonally changing menu with a strong French influence. With a 'brasserie' label expect some comfort classics such as chicken liver parfait; beer battered fish and chips with minted mushy peas and tartar sauce, and grilled goats' cheese, roasted piquillo peppers and caramelised shallots with mixed leaves and herb dressing. These could be preceded by a charcuterie sharing plate of salami, Parma ham, chorizo and homemade pickles.

The little ones can choose from their own, colourful menu, designed to suit their tastes and appetite.
