Cafe Lilli Description
For a bistro serving remarkable international and Mediterranean fare, Café Lilli on Norton's High Street has notched up a lot of brownie points with locals and visitors alike. It is simple, unpretentious and yes, it is the food that will draw you back there, time and again. The décor is very bistro-ish implying that the focus is on creating a place where people can relax, be informal and have a lively time eating out.
Specials on the blackboard indicate what could be the best possible choices although there are firm favourites too such as Thai mussels steamed with coconut milk or grilled sardines over sweet olives, tomatoes and garlic. For main course you could try the medallion of fillet of beef and potato and celeriac gratin, whereas the passion fruit pannacotta with coconut biscuits makes an enticing dessert. The reasonable wine list has a wide enough number of choices to offer.

Cafe Lilli in Norton -What a find! The food is fantastic, the prices are great and it is a wine lover’s paradise. Always full and buzzing with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Go for the early bird if you want a great meal at a great price. Great to see the owners serving and talking to you - they make you feel welcome even for someone like me as it was my first visit. Glad I listened to my friends who live in this area- it was worth the trip. I will definitely be going again.

Cafe Lilli is firm favourite in my book; I have been going there since it opened a few years ago and I have yet to have a bad meal or experience there. The menu is great and tasty and very bistroish but without any pretentiousness and the staff are really friendly and attentive and the place is always busy yet relaxed. It’s suitable for a special occasion or just because you don’t feel like cooking. This place is not to be missed!
