The Thai meal was disappointing, it was pretty bland and tasteless, it was more Chinese than Thai, and not as good. The meal was not like Thai as the vegetable with black eyed bean sauce, plus noodles and rice were bland. I suspect a lot of vegetables were frozen. The Indian food is better, but again quite bland. Nice décor, often very quiet even at weekends - if the food is like that, we know why.

Never again (12 August 2007)

It was unhygienic and disgusting and had an even more disgusting service. All seemed well to start off with a friendly waiter and nice surroundings. However, half way through my meal I discovered a man's hair stuck to my food, at which point I left the rest of my meal. When another waiter came over and asked if everything was ok, I said no as there was a hair in my food. At which point the waiter said well you should have said something sooner and slammed the plates as he took them away. When I asked if he was going to do anything about this he said speak to the manager (I wish to point out, he did not get the manager he just walked off and did nothing). Not even an apology was given and my friend and I were charged full price for our meal and were spoken to in a despicable manner by the waiter (which made me understand why there wasn't actually anyone else dining in the restaurant). We left there feeling completely gob smacked at our treatment. I would not eat there again if my life depended on it and will be reporting them to environmental health.
