Ca'n March restaurant in Manacor was established in 1925 as a cafe by March Gelabert Prats and has been a hit in the neighbourhood ever since. His grandsons, Miguel and Tolo, are proud owners of this bustling restaurant. Over the last thirty years, they have modernised their facilities and their menu, making sure, at the same time that the traditional cuisine at Ca'n March is not forgotten.

Chef Miguel likes to create dishes with 'personality' that affect all the senses, and gets a lot of his inspiration from travels abroad - his idea for the chocolate brownie with grilled pears came from New York.
