Disappointed (5 January 2009)

Thumbs up for starter, however, the restaurant was awfully cold and all food was served in cold plates. The main course was a disaster and when we complained, the manager seems to prioritise his lunch, walking around with toothpicks in his mouth after. No member of staff put any effort to resolve our complaint about the stale and sour taste of the vegetables and the weird taste in our noodles. We paid and left the restaurant very cold and hungry. I was very embarrassed and will never bring friends around there ever again.

This place offers phenomenal value and is always packed with people who know great food of this genre. We have been there ten times over the last year and every dish a winner. No fuss or frills, they just do a reliably great job every time.
