Since its inception in the summer of 2002, Carl Johan has been working with providing its version of a high standard dining experience. Diners are only served carefully chosen local produce from Östergötland. At Carl Johan, food is considered an experience for all senses and they strive to create a memorable evening that the diner will gladly remember. Located by the River Motala Ström in Norrköping, its passion for food and service has not gone by without notice as it has they have been awarded 'Sweden's Best Table'.
