Fabulous food, service and prices. I have eaten here several times and it gets better each time. They are better than any Italian restaurant in Glasgow and I look forward to visiting Castle Douglas as I get to eat there.

Carlo's is great. It's what any good Italian restaurant should be - not pretentious, and focused on serving great tasting non-fussy clasic Italian food. The Fillet steak happens to my favourite and I've had many and each time they are just as good as the last. Not sure why there so good, great local beef or cooked in a pizza over perhaps?
