In the busy Brand Boulevard, a light shaded Moorish building is home to the Carousel Restaurant, a well suited destination for Lebanese, Middle Eastern and Armenian cuisine in the area. The décor inside keeps up with the ethnic façade of the restaurant and the arched walls decked up with shields and weapons add to the colourful ambiance and the lively feel of the set up.

A variety of appetizers that include oven baked mini meat pies called mantè, pan fried quail sautéed in zest, and mousakka, baked eggplant with onions and tomatoes, pave the way for interesting mains. These include lamb kastaleta, seasoned and charbroiled lamb chops, or a chicken shawarma, flame broiled thinly sliced marinated chicken breasts served with either rice or hummus dip. In case a fruit platter or a tiramisu doesn't tempt you enough the classic dessert to close with is the Lebanese pastry called baklava.
