A regular at Carriages, I've found the atmosphere welcoming and friendly. The food is consistently excellent with a choice of tapas menu for sharing, substantial portions and delicious a la carte menu. It’s great value for money. It’s warm and cosy in winter and there’s a lovely sunny garden in summer. It’s highly recommended to visitors and locals.

I've eaten here at least six times. Always good, novel food at reasonable prices. Tapas menu is very good with unusual (e.g Indian) touches. Warm pubby ambience, sometimes a little smoky. Well worth a visit!
