Carrington's Restaurant Description
The Atlantic Hotel is one of Tenby's finest locations, with cliff top gardens, panoramic views of the spectacular sweep of the South Beach, the beauty of Caldey Island and the well known landmarks of Castle Hill and the island fort of St. Catherine. Step inside and there is a sense of timeless elegance, carried all the way through the bedrooms, mostly with sea views, which provide a quiet escape at the end of the day.
The tastefully decorated Carrington's Restaurant is more a stand-alone restaurant with some ambitious modern European cooking. Whilst being loyal to local suppliers, they are also happy to cater for children and those with special dietary requirements.
Sports and outdoor enthusiasts will find their adrenaline surging with a plethora of activities like water sports, cliff climbing and golf.

I cannot praise the quality and service enough - it was excellent. The young chef Philip was most keen to show us the fish before cooking and explained the sauces and how he prepared the food. If I was in the restaurant trade I would snap this young chef up to front my restaurant.

The food and service were excellent and the staff, pleasant and helpful. A two course meal costs £20 and £25 for a three course. I’d definitely recommend a visit.
