Casa Grille

The family owned Casa Grille, part of the Casa Restaurant Group is situated in East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, and brings a welcoming touch of Chicago to fine Italian dining. The popularity of Casa stems from the fact that they ensure generously portioned dishes, all created from fresh ingredients at reasonable prices, are served at the restaurant.

Featuring specialties from an open view wood burning oven, grill and rotisserie, the food is accompanied by the renowned Casa Salad and fresh baked bread. Traditional pastas include an exhaustive range of manicotti, cannelloni, cavatelli, mostaccioli, capellini, tortellini, linguini, rigatoni, fettuccine, spaghetti, ravioli, and lasagne, all served with different sauces and often combined with a variety of vegetables, seafood or meat.

Lunch specials take in pastas of the day while choices at dinnertime encompass petto di pollo al Palermo, breaded chicken breast sautéed in a delicate lemon white wine sauce; fillet of sole tumbled in Italian herb bread crumbs and flash-fried, as well as steaks, pizza and panini.
