Casa Juancho Description

From the moment you enter Casa Juancho, you feel as though you are in Spain. The authentic brick, red tiles, fabrics and pottery create a warm hospitable atmosphere to enjoy some of the finest cuisine from the region. The extensive wine cellars offer over four hundred fifty aged and vintage wines and the food is prepared with fresh seafood and USDA prime beef.

Start your meal with oak roasted peppers with codfish mousse and hand carved ham from acorn fed Iberian pigs. Beef tenderloin bits grilled with onions can keep you company between courses. Entrees can follow with grilled black sea bass with piquillo peppers sautéed in garlic and extra virgin olive oil and fresh black grouper and clams with fresh tomato sauce, aromatic herbs and brandy. For dessert order slice of bread soaked in milk, eggs and sugar then deep fried, with custard
