The family owned Casa Ristorante, part of the Casa Restaurant Group is situated in West Jefferson Boulevard and brings fine Italian dining to Southwest Fort Wayne. Ristorante's wood-fired oven offers pizza, over 30 varieties of pasta that include manicotti, cannelloni, cavatelli, mostaccioli, capellini, tortellini, linguini, rigatoni, fettuccine, spaghetti, ravioli, and lasagne, all served with different sauces and often combined with a variety of vegetables, seafood or meat.

Lunch specials take in pastas of the day while choices at dinnertime encompass petto di pollo al Palermo, breaded chicken breast sautéed in a delicate lemon white wine sauce; vitello con granchio of veal with crabmeat and melted Italian cheese; fillet of sole tumbled in Italian herb bread crumbs and flash-fried, as well as steaks, pizza and panini.
