The recently renovated Casa Roque is located at Cuesta San Juan, on the corner with calle Segura Barreda. The building has three fine dining rooms, a kitchen, a bakery-cum-cake shop, amenities, wine cellar and shops. All of these are in a 17th-century building abounding with history. The building features antique doors, coats of arms, high ceilings and wooden beams, making it a unique place. Our cuisine uses ingredients from the region and the recipes are handed down from generation to generation, modernised to provide guests with the finest flavours of meats, soup, pottages and sausages, not forgetting the black truffle, representing the diamond of the region.
