I celebrated a friend’s birthday on Saturday with three friends. We were all absolutely blown away with the whole experience. The service was attentive but not intrusive and each dish was thoroughly explained by the waiting staff. This was the most thought provoking food I have ever had the joy to eat. We opted for the suggested wine with each course, which was exceptional. I have eaten at many of the quality restaurants within a 30 to 40 mile radius of my home in Weston-super-Mare; this is by far the best, and certainly not the most expensive. I have no hesitation recommending this restaurant to anybody who appreciates fine dinning. The Michelin star this restaurant has been awarded is very well deserved.

We were just blown away by our recent visit to Casamia. If you are a foodie, the menu is a sensual delight; the freshness of the food and the combination of flavours and textures surpassed anything we had experienced in our many attempts to find the perfect restaurant in Bristol. Next time, we think we will try the tasting menu and expect to need exit counselling before we can even be persuaded to leave.
