A delightful building, renovated from a down-at-luck pub and now offering real quality cooking from a modern and exciting menu that embraces the globe. Their head chef, Mark Speirs, is now also the general manager of The Castle. He has created a new decor and a gentle, pleasing ambience, along with a fresh new menu, Mark has worked for Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White and othe high profile London chefs.
