REVIEWS OF Catherine Eyre Restaurant at The Hassop Hall Hotel

RobbieB (29 August 2010)

We have been regular diners since 1985 at The Hassop Hall hotel and have never had an unsatisfactory meal. The Sunday lunch we enjoyed today was superb - in particular the duckling which was not fatty and cooked to perfection. The choices are more than adequate for even the most discerning diner and the sweet trolley is superb. It was a pleasure to drink coffees in the garden and enjoy today's sunshine. I strongly recommended for that special family luncheon. However for those who cannot live without their mobile phone or have children that are a little difficult to control, this may not be the place for you because the proprietors emphasise the peace and and efficient level of service that accompanies the dining experience.

Pancres (17 April 2009)

I have visited several times for meals both midday and evening and it was superb each time. The food was excellent indeed but nice to find staff who have excellent standards - sometimes rare in this day and age. A great pleasure to recommend.
