This new Lebanese restaurant has a wonderfully warm décor in the form of rich orange walls, soft romantic lighting and a sea of cushions along the banquette style seating for maximum comfort. On the menu you'll find a host of Lebanese specials. Mezze style dishes will give you a good selection from across the menu but you can expect dishes such as fattoush, a salad with crunchy pieces of toasted pitta, or grilled haloumi before moving onto the likes of char-grilled chicken, or a hearty mixed grill. Cedar is a real find, it has become an absolute favourite of ours and its now first choice for a meal whatever the occasion. No matter what day you go there is always a nice buzz about the place, and the members of staff are always lovely and friendly with great service. We always order a selection of dishes and every time we go we discover another amazing one, the food is delicious, always fresh and full of flavour and brilliant value for money. I have never been disappointed and everyone I have sent there have fallen in love with it as well.

I went to Cedar restaurant last night looking forward to trying out this quaint little restaurant around the corner, but was disappointed. The customer service was slow - starters plates were removed twenty minutes after we finished. The main course arrived an hour after starters were served. We were not offered more drinks whilst we waited for our mains. Drinks and mains were overpriced.
