We eat at Cervantes regularly and find the customer service pleasant and the food fresh and well prepared. The sandwiches are assembled to order with eating them in mind. They have hot sandwiches and specials for each day of the week so there are plenty of choices. Monday is a marinara meatball sandwich and Tuesday is chicken enchilada hand made as you order – wow, delicious! Wednesday is the BBQ half chicken, tender, moist and succulent, prepared with homemade rub and sauce, served with potato salad and a roll. Yummy! Thursday is my personal favorite the BBQ tritip sandwich on a toasted soft roll. Melt in your mouth delicious, again prepared with a homemade rub and sauce over the meat in the sandwich. Friday is the grand finale with the BBQ pork ribs fall off the bone tender, prepared with a special homemade rub and tangy sauce with a little kick, served with potato salad and a roll. Frank Talavera, the owner is a master BBQ smoker chef. Ruben his assistant is also a talented cook and sandwich prep master. They keep the lines moving and give all a good experience. Good eats!
