The menu includes traditional afternoon tea, cream tea and champagne tea. Guests can treat themselves to freshly baked clotted cream and jam scones, cakes, finger sandwiches, pancakes and savoury snacks such as samosas and bhajis. A personalised menu is also available. More than 35 exquisite whole leaf teas from around the world are offered here including the popular Darjeeling, Ceylon, silver needle, oolong and lapsang souchong. The house blend is Darjeeling pekoe and Ceylon orange pekoe teas.
