I have just been to chamberlains. The cod was really tasty, the fish was white and the batter was light and crispy. We.had the meal deal and could'nt believe the onion rings when they came. They were really big and in the same light batter as the fish. My grandsons had the kids meal. one had pizza and the other one had burger. well worth the money and ice cream to follow.They both enjoyed it. We were served by Phil.He was very friendly and came a few times to see if the meal was ok or if we needed anything. I would recomend Chamberlains so go and try it best fish and chips around here.

3 of us went there for an evening meal as were were recommended to Chamberlains by a colleague. The Fish is by far the best that I have ever tasted, it was fresh and the Batter was light and fluffy unlike most restaurants where it is usually heavy and greasy. The meal was great value as we had 3 main courses,drinks and a couple of fudge cakes all for under £40.

The staff are really attentive and made you feel at home.

What a fantastic place, I will be visiting again very soon.
