This is my most favourite restaurant. The dim sum is superb and the staff are so helpful at helping you choose, if dim sum is new to you. It’s worth taking a trip to Bournemouth for!

We love Hong Kong Chef and have been eating there for years. Brilliant food and brilliant people! Today was our first time we experienced the Chinese New Year. We took the kids along and had a great time, the lion dancing was fantastic and the kids loved it. Food was great as usual; we would recommend this place to anyone.
