Within the luxurious confines of the elegant Montague on the Gardens Hotel nestles The Chef's Table, an intimate and welcoming fine dining restaurant. The cosy mahogany panelled interior is a well-appointed space, and the modern British menu is similarly pleasantly arranged, using seasonal herbs picked straight from The Montague's own herb garden. Signature dishes include roast rack of lamb with spinach and watercress purée.
