Chilli's Tandoori

39 Park Street, Bristol, BS1 5NH

This modern Indian restaurant on Bristol's Park Street is a deservedly popular place. Great attention to detail has been taken with the interior to provide something a little different from the classic curry house interior and it certainly seems to be doing the trick. In addition to the classic Indian dishes we all know and love, there are also a few alternatives worthy of your attention. Interesting starters include roasted green pepper filled with a mixture of vegetables and onion seeds, or baked fish with onions, roasted spices and herbs. Main courses range from fillet of salmon cooked with a special blend of spices, herbs and a light sauce, to rezala, a ceremonial dish of lamb cooked with yoghurt and subtly spiced with fresh herbs.

REVIEWS OF Chilli's Tandoori

JanieB (6 June 2007)

Ate here last night and had a very nice meal. Some things on the menu here that I hadn’t seen before (lasse - a yogurt drink being one of them). Service was good and waiters were friendly (there were only two tables eating in the restaurant though). The decor is modern and different to the usual Indian restaurant and they didn’t play Indian music either! Would recommend but it’s not better than my favourite Indian in Bristol.

Outstanding quality of food, and I disagree that the service is questionable, very fast, very friendly, very professional,....very satisfied!
