China Garden Description
The décor is an interesting blend of contemporary lighting in a warm, comfortable surrounding. A superb view of the Exe Estuary forms the backdrop to the upstairs dining room at The China Garden.
The extensive menu offers classic favourites to contemporary specials, including a limited selection of dim sum. If you have a voracious appetite, you can eat to your heart's content from Monday through Wednesday as there is an option of 'endless feast' and, on Sundays, there is the buffet.
Choose barbequed spare ribs or chicken with cashew nut in yellow bean sauce from the chef's menu on offer. For the mains, sample the sizzling beef with chilli in black bean sauce or try the sirloin steak or ham omelette served with salad and chips.
Apart from the above, there are various other kinds of menus: set, takeaway, lunch, the chef's recommendations and each one of them has starters and mains. There is a wide and comprehensive wine list, plus a varied selection of beers, spirits, and soft drinks which complement the authentic food, making The China Garden a popular destination.

China Garden is my favourite Oriental restaurant in Exmouth and I’ve have been eating there for the last four years. I think they serve the best Chinese food in terms of price, choice and freshness. Their service is superb and you don’t have to wait long to enjoy your delicious meal. It’s always busy there during weekends and that shows how good they are. I was amazed when I got to know that they have been there for more than ten years. I am going to stay loyal to this restaurant when it comes to eating Chinese food. Keep it up China Garden!
