Showcasing Provençal cuisine, Cigalon on Chancery Lane is named after the 1935 Marcel Pagnol film and offers guests fine dining in an elegant setting complete with glass ceiling and contemporary décor. Cigalon's open kitchen with grill allows diners a ringside view of all the action with friendly staff keeping it all going smoothly.

Guests could begin the meal with pickled sardine with citrus and spices, classic Niçoise salad or braised Camargues beef cannelloni with shallots, red wine sauce and bone marrow. For the main course they could try roast rabbit leg with Swiss chard and savoury jus, traditional lamb tripe and trotter stew, rib of veal with Mentonaise sauce and chickpea chips or grilled cuttlefish with fennel and Jerusalem artichoke purée. Tempting confections of caramelized orange mousse, figs tatin with honey pannacotta or traditional Corsican cheese and lemon cake with blackberry and lavender sorbet brings the meal to a pleasant end.

The all-French wine list includes the produce of Bouche du Rhône, Bandol, Côte du Luberon and Corsica. There are also a number of specially created cocktails such as Le Pagnol - a blend of pastis with St. Germain elderflower liqueur, vodka and cranberry juice - and variety of aperitifs and digestifs at the bar.
