Cinnamon Court Description

Cinnamon Court has brought a thoroughly professional and modern approach to Indian food with its stand alone restaurant, with the added benefit of plenty of car parking, on the outskirts of Walsall, just off the M6 at Junction 10.

As you might expect there is a wide selection of Tandoori dishes, cooked properly in a clay oven and served with salad, from the posh top end of King prawns through to the expected, chicken and sheek kebab, as well as chicken and lamb tikka.

The curries run the full range, of both ingredients and every variation of sauces, from Bhoona though the more unusual Malayan or the mild Kurma, with coconut cream and almonds, through to the slightly hotter Jafrazi - however, the concentration at Cinnamon Court is on flavour and gentle spicing, more akin to what you find in India, rather than serving ridiculously hot dishes, which merely destroy your taste buds.

Ally this to extremely sensible prices and a child friendly environment and you should find that there is a lot to recommend about Cinnamon Court.

Your Reviews of Cinnamon Court

Martin/Claire (29 June 2008)

We started coming to Cinnamon Court approximately six to seven years ago; we called as we were passing once. Since then we have been back on many occasions and have brought many people with us. The manager is lovely and makes us feel very welcome and the members of staff are great. The food is outstanding and fresh, we've never had a bad meal. It is a 100 mile round trip for us as we live in Crewe, but well worth it.

What a great place! Cinnamon Court was hired out for my friend’s engagement party and I was invited. We had a splendid time and the entire day was perfect. The food was hot and tasty, the members of staff were friendly, and the owner was flexible and set up a kid’s area and lots of space for us to dance. I have since been back with my boyfriend for meals out and have to say that I'm hooked. We're planning on using it as a venue for our engagement party in the near future.
