The two AA Rosette winning restaurant offers Dorset crab, avocado and toasted poilâne for starters, followed by roast cannon of lamb, creamed sweet corn, tomato and rosemary jus. The praline parfait, passion fruit sorbet and raspberries is an agreeable way to end the meal, while drinking options include fine wines and champagnes.
