The menu draws inspiration from the tastes and traditions of France and Head chef Marcellin Marc, formally of 2 Michelin Star 'Clos de la Violette', brings his distinct Mediterranean style to bear and every dish highlights the inherent flavour of its principle ingredients. So consider an Isle of Wight crab and marjoram tian with celeriac remoulade, green apple and horseradish sauce, or slow cooked Charolais beef cheek with new potato, carrot and parsnip, bay leaves and hermitage sauce.
