Excellent! I took my girlfriend there and had a great time. I'm not usually one to write reviews but we decided that Coal Grill and Bar needed to be shouted about - great service with friendly staff. I had good food - the portions are big. I had a big steak with chips and my girlfriend had the steak burger. We had garlic bread to share first of all which is presented on a wire rack which my girlfriend informs me that food at different heights to the table is trendy! I didn't have room for dessert unfortunately as the sticky toffee pudding looked good. We will be back. Definitely recommended!

Excellent! Perfectly cooked food, in an open kitchen, and wonderfully polite and professional, not to mention speedy, service. The staff are all young, so create a fun and fresh atmosphere, complementing the creative and innovative interior. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking at having nice food and brilliant service.
