Other options are equally tantalising such as the lamb stew cooked in fresh coconut milk flavoured delicately with cardamom and turmeric. Rice dishes, dosas and tandoori breads are apt accompaniments and don't miss the matka kulfi, a rustic variation of Indian ice cream.

REVIEWS OF Cocum - Raynes Park

Lesley from Brum (29 June 2008)

Being a resident of Birmingham, I have eaten in quite a few Indian restaurants over the years, but Cocum is in a different league. The food there is wonderful! The flavours are fresh and subtle and everything is perfectly cooked and presented. The fish molly is particularly good and the appams, which I have not encountered before, are a delicious accompaniment. The service is very good and the atmosphere relaxed but refined. I will definitely eat there again.
