Colbeh Description

Colbeh is a Persian restaurant with authentic style dishes prepared with the assistance of a traditional tandoor oven. Expect to find the usual kebabs served on large skewers alongside huge slabs of freshly baked naam bread. More exotic dishes include their highly flavoursome stew of kings with shredded chicken, enhanced by varied ingredients such as pomegranate and pumpkin and a delicious range of interesting salads. There's no licence so bring your own wine or beer and look forward to a Persian feast.

My wife and I had been there without reservation. The staff were kind enough to accommodate us. Quick service, nice food, well presented, monogram printed cutlery, reasonable price, and cosy environment. Highly Recommended.

What a little gem this restaurant is! We were so glad we discovered it off the beaten track, and away from all those names and chains on Oxford Street. Authentically Iranian in decor and menu, extremely reasonable and delicious! Swift service, too. We really enjoyed watching the bread being made in the oven just inside the door. We will definitely seek this place out again!
