Collection, The Description
The Collection - The glittering catwalk beyond the discreetly signed entrance welcomes people to this most spirited of dining experiences - definitely not for the self conscious. The huge New York style interior, propped up by giant wooded pillars, incorporates a cocktail bar of no little repute and the restaurant on the Mezzanine floor.
Modern British, globally influenced, fusion food is the order of the day, and changes seasonally. However, the greatest interest of the clientele is more to watch each other, and while some feel that the quality of the dishes on offer could merit more attention, it pleases many others.
