Collingbourne Description

This remains a place a where things are done properly and the same high degree of attention is paid to the accoutrements as to the food and its presentation. No less than six different sets of china and cutlery are deployed throughout the day, designed to catch the mood and the meal, against a background of antique atmosphere.

Tea is normally served in the library, and dinner, always a very English affair, is enjoyed in the evocative dining room, with one sitting an evening, making for long, pleasurable and unhurried occasions that are enjoyed to the full.
